An opportunity, in a boutique therapy setting, to get curious about yourself and how to live a more peaceful, fulfilling life. I focus on your unique strengths and characteristics to empower you to meet your goals. Additionally, I will help you learn new skills and gain a greater understanding of your inner world to reach your most authentic self. This is done in a variety of ways and modalities tailored to you specifically.

Nature-based Therapies

Nature-based therapy offers another unique opportunity to experience and understand emotions in a different environment. I determine on a case-by-case basis and collaboratively with you, if walking and talking or forest therapy is right for you. This can be done on the gorgeous Milwaukee lakefront trails, taking in Lake Michigan's waters, or in one of the many forested trails in Milwaukee. Research shows that mindfulness offers many benefits in natural settings and can complement other therapies in accomplishing your goals. During these sessions, we will build the skill for being in the present moment from a sensory perspective and build up to finding the deeper meaning of self through nature's many metaphors.

Telehealth

I offer virtual sessions through our HIPAA-compliant platform to provide you with the highest level of therapy, no matter where you are in your day. Many people find it to be a convenient way to receive therapy and have reported many of the same benefits from it. Aside from our nature-based offerings, all the above are applicable during telehealth sessions.
