About Glass Lake Counseling

I specialize in working with adult women navigating grief, parenting, life transitions, anxiety and relational struggles. I am also passionate about providing culturally sensitive and affirming therapy based on current best practices. I am LGBTQ+ allied and accept and welcome all people. My goal is to help you experience peace and healing and to live the balanced life you deserve.

My Approach

I offer holistic, person-centered psychotherapy addressing all areas of your life in a calm and nonjudgmental space. In moments of reflection, we are better able to learn from our past, be present now, and work towards our future goals. I utilize a wide range of therapies tailored specifically to you to guide you through our sessions.

These include but aren't limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, somatic-based therapy,  motivational interviewing, parts work, relational-based therapy, mindfulness and nature-based therapies. I hope to build a therapeutic relationship that allows you to be yourself in my office and feel safe, accepted, and heard and leave feeling empowered and inspired to change unhelpful habits.
